As a 2002 graduate of North Carolina Central University and a 2008 graduate of American University, I have teaching experience on the second through fifth grade levels, in both suburban and urban school districts. I, also, have experience with sixth grade literature and social studies. My range of experience from suburban to urban schools has given me the opportunity to work with very diverse groups of students and to employ various teaching methods and strategies.
