I went to Western Kentucky University where I majored in Social Studies for a minor in Political Science. I earned my Master in the Arts of Teaching from Spalding University. I began my teaching career in Louisville, KY before my wife and I moved to Chesterfield, VA. I currently teach with Chesterfield County Public Schools. I also teach night classes for Chesterfield schools. For the last 5 years I have been a reader each June for the AP US History exam grading.
