Learning a language means according to one's goals, going through the process to be able to well speak, read and write it gradually. The way to go in completing this process is certainly to take classes, and this will be best to have a teacher or tutor who really masters the topic not only by his certifications and other diplomas which at least are credentials, but preferentially by his original culture, having using this language as his primary one during his studies.
