Hello! My name is John and I have been an English teacher since 2002, both in China and in the United States. I have a Master's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.

I taught ESL to Chinese University students and in public high schools in Prince William County, Virginia. I also taught English Literature courses to American students. In those courses, we read short stories, plays, novels, and poetry. I also taught them to write essays of various types.
