Went to see him to help me with his paper and he was rude and of very little help. The class is not about history of sports in America, it's about your ability to critically read, the articles just happen to be about sports. |

Apparently, this class is difficulter than it used to be. It is no longer a GPA booster. Now the class focuses on Critical Reading. It's difficult, but if you work at it, it becomes easier. I actually think that this class helped me with the other courses I was taking because I became a much better critical reader. The exams are only 5% each. Ouch! |

The readings are simple and the tests on them are even easier. 5 questions on big details of the readings. The paper is 12-15 pages and worth 50% of final grade. difficult and confusing paper. You have to "re-write" history or wdislikever that means. It offers no real direction and is unclear to what he wants done. I would avoid unless you like doingpapers |
