As a Doctoral candidate, I believe that she's forgotten that the courses she's teaching are 1- and 200-level courses. Granted, I am taking this course accelerated over one summer session. However, Merritt is unrealistic is expecting students to read Wuthering Heights in two days over the summer when there are other courses being taken. |

She is EXTREMLEY critical when it comes to grading the four major papers due throughout the semester in this class. I kid you not, if you go in to this class believing you're a great writer, I hope you believe you're great at fighting tears too, because this prof. will tear you a new one on her comments about your papers. USE THE WRITING CENTER. |
