No way is Hamill overrated, he's been one of the great prof.s I've had at UMD. You have to do weekly case briefs and read the textbook to keep up, attending lecture isn't mandatory but is a must if you want to do well. Skipping the once-a-week class is like skipping a whole weeks worth of courses, don't do it and expect to get an simple A. |

I wish I had actually listened to the review on ourumd that said he's over-rated, because he is. He is VERY hillarious and has great stories, but he doesn't teach. The class lacks organization and you WILL have to thoroughly read the textbook to do well on his exams, which are worded badly. This is coming from someone with a 4.0 minus this class! |
