Calabro is a great instructor. He can seem demeaning because he doesn't want students to look stupid by using bad ideas. He really pushes students to think deeply about the ideas they come up with for the hovercraft and whether they will actually work. He's one of the great instructors for this class. I'm hoping to take him for Dynamics. |

Kevin is friendly, yet in the course which the main goal was to design a hovercraft, he was very demeaning toward student ideas. He grades very roughly, but his ideas for presentations and papers generally give constructive criticism. He does curve the class as he noted it was virtually impossible to get an A in the class with the grading system used. |
