Useless instructor. Its difficult to concentrate in his class, not only because he speaks slowly and very quietly, but also because it becomes difficult to filter out what little useful information he conveys from the load of gibberish he speaks. His courses are long and a painful waste of time, but this sadist keeps track of attendance. |

Cable's resume does not indicate any significant project management experience, which practically makes him incompetent to teach this class. Additionally, there is no indication that Mr. Cable possesses a graduate degree. It remains unclear if his level of educational achievement is sufficient to qualify him for teaching a graduate-level course. |
