About Us:The Shoreham West Cooperative ("SW") is a 63-unit prestige community located in NW Washington, DC. We are looking for a part time individual to float between front desk concierge, door man and garage attendant. This is a part time floating position that will cover shifts for individuals scheduled for vacation , or coverage when shifts are short staffed for various reasons.The shifts would include:7am to 3pm3pm to 11pm11pm to 7amHours vary.About You:Reliable.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbalA sharp professional appearanceProficiency with various software, apps and computer programsAn eye for detail and ability for anticipating a customer's needsA customer-focused mentalityAbility to lift up to 25 pounds Start Date ASAP
