Personal care attendant for young adult with autism

We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable person to work with my 19-year-old son with autism - M-F afternoons (3-7pm) when he arrives home from school. Duties would include, getting him from the bus, monitoring him while he completes his daily chores, monitoring him on the treadmill each afternoon, taking him into the community for social activities (going to the store, to dinner occasionally, etc) assisting him with showers and encouraging him to continue to develop independence in daily activities. The ideal candidate would have some experience with autism and/or an interest in working specifically with similar populations. Teachers or college students whose schedules allow would be excellent candidates.
