Lifeguard positions available in Anne Arundel County, Prince George's county and Howard County. there are more positions in Millersville, Glen Burnie, Pasadena, Hanover and Annapolis city.Must know how to swim. Ace Aquatics provides training at a discounted price for employees. Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for swimmers. They must be able to react properly in emergency situations. Lifeguards can also take pool operators training and get a higher payrate, Pool Operators are responsible for maintaining required chemical levels in the pool water and operating the filter system. Additional duties include; opening the pool on time, enforcing facility pool rules, gate control, cleaning the pool and surrounding area, cleaning the restrooms, removing trash and communicating professionally with patrons.
