BTW images is seeking a full-time, administrative professional to assist our Scheduling Department. Duties included, but not limited to, answering phones, data entry, email correspondence, daily confirmation calls, scheduling appointments. We are seeking someone who can be a cheerleader for our company and is interested in learning about all aspects of our business. We are a Real Estate Photography and Marketing company that covers the entrire Washington/Virginia/Maryland region.Pay starts at $14.50 an hour with the possibility of a raise after a 90 day review.Position is Monday - Friday.Please include a resume and cover letter.Benefits include 401K,Yearly Bonus, Profit Sharing, Health insurance, paid leave. Benefits effective after 1 year of full time employment.Duties include:- Communicate directly with Real Estate Agents and Home builders- Answer phones and schedule appointments directly with clients- Answer service request emails- Provide timely feedback for schedule requests- Ensure delivery of all products from the previous day- Maintain daily schedule for 30+ field technicians- Interface between field technicians and clients to ensure proper entry to property and problem resolution- Maintain financial log of all appointments
