Entry Level B2B Account Manager

Our client, Amazon, has launched their new Key For Business Model. Our goal is to get KFB installed at every secure location in Baltimore, DC and Virginia. If you are looking for an Entry Level Account Manager Role, apply NOW!

We are looking for entry level candidates with the confidence to work directly with property managers on their delivery needs to help ensure the safe delivery of Amazon packages.


Driving sales results for Amazon KFB by creating personal relationships with property managers
Acquiring and retaining the accounts for Amazon KFB in DC, Virginia and Southern Maryland
Individual territory management
Set appointments and meet with property managers to assess property and delivery needs
Mon - Fri 8AM to 5:30PM
This position reports directly to the sales manager

The Ideal Candidate
Passion for helping businesses succeed
Sales experience with hunter mentality or strong desire to win
Entrepreneurial mindset in creating one s own success and relating to business owners
Proven success and ability to follow a system or discipline for success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability and desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
The technical aptitude to master our sales tools
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile transportation and current auto insurance

Job Requirements:
  • Penetrating new national account business
  • Prepare account reconciliations for accounts
  • Deliver an account strategy for each account
  • Develop business within existing accounts and new accounts
  • Develop new business sales opportunities in new accounts
  • Propose and close key account sales
  • Progressing from the sales account manager role
  • Develop an account growth plan and new account development plan
  • Driving sales through new customer and existing account growth
  • Developing existing accounts while generating new accounts
  • Develop target accounts list sales plan for each account
  • Implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Complete strategic customer account plans
  • Manage assigned accounts and maximize account
  • Coordinate sales approach and account servicing of national accounts
  • Maintain quality key account customers in assigned sales territory
  • Assisting strategic account director to develop and implement account business plans
  • Ensuring integrated customer account management
  • Expand relationships in existing accounts and develop new accounts
  • Developing overall client/account strategy
